  Ashraf Mousa Orabi simple bone cyst , with pathological fracture , u can go for mri but leave pt in peace arm sling for 3 wks , this could be healed by itself by consildation , and inform the pt the only risk for that is refracture

  Yasser Abed Abc splint it till healing of the fracture then reevaluate sometimes the cyst heals alone with fracture. If not extended curretage and bone graft or substitute +/- fibula

  Mahmoud Mgahed Leave it for growth of fractured and already had fracture it will consolidate otherwise aspiration for diagnosis and acrylic bone morphogenic protein or steroid under c-arm guided and can be repeated

  Professor-Abdelsalam Eid Aggressive UBC, or ABC. I would aspirate under c arm and be prepared to manage immediately if UBC by corticosteroid or bone marrow injection. If the aspirate is blood I would do curettage and bone graft. All this can be done in the same session after careful explanation to the parents.
